Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for predictive analytics applications.
• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain analytical solutions using tools like Python, R, and TensorFlow.
• Utilize cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure to deploy and manage machine learning workflows.
• Create compelling data visualizations using BI tools like Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
• Lead efforts to identify and prioritize predictive analytics projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring the success of analytics initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics practices across the organization.
• Ensure data integrity and optimize data pipelines to support machine learning processes.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in artificial intelligence and predictive analytics.
• At least 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• Proven expertise in predictive analytics and the ability to translate data into impactful stories.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with frameworks like TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Ability to identify predictive analytics opportunities and implement solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
