Key Responsibilities

• Install residential windows and exterior doors using both full-frame and replacement methods.
• Perform finish and trim carpentry to ensure precise fit and finish.
• Accurately read and interpret construction plans or schematics to meet client specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Oaks Inc with professionalism at every job.
• Drive company vehicles safely and maintain compliance with insurance standards.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
