    If youve got personality, drive, and a natural gift for connecting with people, we want you on our team. Were looking for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Telemarketing Associate to help us grow our State Farm agency in Clinton, MD.

    This is not your average insurance job. Youll be representing a trusted local brand, developing real communication and marketing skills, and getting paid to do meaningful workall with a schedule that works around your classes, internship, or other commitments.

    What Youll Do

    • Start the Conversation : Call potential customers using warm leads (no random cold calls).
    • Build Connections : Speak confidently with both Spanish- and English-speaking clients and help them understand how we can protect what matters most.
    • Set the Stage : Schedule follow-ups for our licensed agents and make sure every customer leaves the call feeling valued.
    • Grow Your Game : Learn how to handle objections, deliver clear messages, and communicate like a professional.
