AIM Consulting Services is hiring a Project Manager I to take ownership of the design and construction of educational facility projects funded by local bonds and state-matching programs. This role oversees 6 to 8 concurrent projects ranging from $2 million to $30 million each. You'll lead all phases of construction project delivery—from design coordination and phasing to issue resolution, change order tracking, and close-out—with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule adherence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and / or construction of 6–8 capital improvement projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with end-users, architects, and stakeholders to develop and execute phasing and swing space plans.
• Resolve construction-related issues with contractors, inspectors, DSA, and other authorities while maintaining budget and schedule.
• Prepare, review, and revise project documents, including phasing, site logistics, and summary of work.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain updates in the bond program risk register.
• Collaborate with the Relocation Project Manager to align FF&E, surplus asset handling, and staff relocation efforts.
• Present clear, concise project updates and data to multiple stakeholder groups.
• Evaluate, process, and track change orders and professional services requests in compliance with SOPs.
• Perform constructability reviews and QA / QC across all phases from programming to construction documents.
• Manage DSA and financial project closeout processes.
• Utilize web-based project management tools and reporting software.
• Perform other project management duties as assigned in collaboration with the PMO.

Qualifications

5 years of experience managing design and construction projects within large capital improvement programs.

2+ years of experience in educational facility construction.
