The Custom Account Project Manager is responsible for managing custom product projects for the creation and maintenance of custom specifications and the support of custom products.

This position reports to the Manager, Custom Products USCAN and is part of the Contract Review team located in Logan, Utah and will be an on-site role.

What you will do :

• Assure Cytiva / HyClone customers receive world-class customer service regarding the logistical aspects of custom-made products.
• Manage custom Media, Processed Liquid and Buffers (PL&B), and Serum projects.
• Facilitate the creation of and maintain custom product specifications for main product lines; Media, Processed Liquid and Buffers (PL&B), and Serum.
• Answer customer, sales representative, and account support questions relating to custom product specifications and overall HyClone Cell Culture manufacturing capabilities.
• Facilitate and support special production requests for custom products.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
