About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a customer-focused marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing adoption, retention, and revenue expansion within the existing client portfolio. This role involves overseeing all marketing functions, managing a small team, and guiding key initiatives such as a major website redesign and the implementation of a new enterprise marketing automation platform. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with developing and leading customer marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget, and driving digital performance through various channels. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years' in a managerial role. A strong background in customer marketing, retention strategy, and revenue expansion is essential, as is hands-on experience with enterprise-level marketing technology and digital execution, including SEO, PPC, and email. The role requires the ability to manage third-party digital agencies and web development partners, and experience in B2B services such as SaaS, BPO, or digital services is a must. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, a background in private equity-backed or high-growth environments, and proficiency with graphic design tools.
