ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

Ive been a State Farm agent for over 34 years and have proudly called Freehold home for the past 24. Outside the office, Im an avid adventurer who loves golfing, cycling, hiking, and spending time outdoors in every season. Family is at the heart of everything I do both in my personal life and in how I run my agency.

Though my office is small, its mighty we take pride in the work we do and the relationships we build. I believe in creating a positive, supportive environment where everyone feels valued and has the opportunity to grow.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Hocker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
