Our client, a leader in advanced materials manufacturing, is seeking a hands-on PLC Technician to join their production team in North Liberty, IN. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting, programming, and optimizing control systems that keep high-precision equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do :
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant electrical equipment and PLC-based control systems.
Perform low-level PLC and HMI program edits, adding / changing alarms, timers, and device configurations.
Support start-up and installation of new equipment to ensure optimal integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve system reliability and minimize downtime.
Document all program changes and communicate updates across shifts.
Partner with vendors and suppliers to resolve complex equipment or software issues.
What You Bring :
2+ years of hands-on experience working with PLC control systems (Allen-Bradley preferred).
Strong troubleshooting ability with industrial electrical systems and operator interfaces .
Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and combustion control systems .
Familiarity with communication protocols such as ControlNet, Ethernet, DH+, Remote I / O, and DeviceNet .
Willingness to work in a boots-on-the-ground production environment not behind a desk.
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Electrical / Electronic Technology preferred .
