AlliedTravelCareers is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Mammography Tech in Midland, Texas, 79701!

Job Title : Mammography Technologist

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (09 : 00 - 18 : 00)

Experience : 2 years required; previous travel experience preferred

License : State license in hand

Certifications : ARRT Mammography, ARRT Radiography, BLS

Must-Have : Cerner charting system experience preferred

Description :

Normal hours will be from 9 am to 6 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

May be required to stay until 7 pm 1-2 times per month.

Possible Saturday coverage from 8 am to 2 pm.

No call responsibilities.

Experience with 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, and Digital Mammography is essential.

Knowledge of Digital Quality Assurance Procedures, Fine Needle Aspiration, Needle Localizations, and Stereotactic Biopsy is preferred.

Candidates should have skills in Clienttion Safety and Screening Mammograms.

The daily census is expected to be around 40 with a similar number of visits per day.

Candidates should be able to work effectively with adults and geriatric populations.

An on-site drug screen will be conducted with various substance panels.

Failure to pass will result in cancellation of the assignment.
