About the Role & Team As a Global Solutions Architect for Experiment, you will be a key technical partner to our worldwide Solutions Engineering team, guiding customers through their experimentation journey and ensuring successful platform awareness and adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally to support customer education, onboarding, technical troubleshooting during POVs (Proof Of Value) and the sharing of best practices, shaping how experimentation is utilized across companies. As a Global Solutions Architect, you will :

• Lead post-sales efforts such as onboarding, training, and implementation for new and existing customers.
• Become a trusted advisor to technical stakeholders, addressing their experimentation challenges.
• Serve as the primary contact for urgent customer questions on Amplitude experimentation architecture and usage.
• Architect complex, global-scale solutions spanning geographies, industries, and multi-region stakeholder groups, integrating Amplitude Experiment platforms with data warehouses and marketing tools
• Develop and teach Solutions Engineers and Account Executives with best practices, playbooks, and onboarding guides to maximize customer value.
• Capture and relay customer feedback to Amplitude’s product team to drive internal improvements. Youll be a great addition to the team if you :
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation methodologies.
• 4 years in a data science, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role.
• Proficient in SQL and analytics engineering.
• Strong relationship management with technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and resolve technical customer needs.
