What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Oversee and manage the development and performance of all sales activities in the division
Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base
Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing for prospect applications and maintain profit margins
Create and conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives in proposal preparation
Mentor and develop staff through training, performance management, and fostering employee morale
What is Required (Qualifications) :
Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and developing teams
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
Experience with enterprise software solutions and managing complex organizations
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing plans
Experience in conducting one-on-one performance reviews and coaching sessions
