Job Description :

  • This role will assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment Management, Banking and Loan products though out the life of an account.
  • The functional work performed supports processes related to Account Openings, Contract / Client Agreement management, Records Management and large complex projects.
  • Review and approve documentation and information related to new account requests and account maintenance events
  • Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processe
  • Document management including systemically reviewing, identifying, and notating according to new document management directives
  • Various project support tasks

Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely
  • Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communication
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office products
  • High organizational ability while being able to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment
  • bility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency
  • bility to work independently and in a team setting

    • RATE RANGE : 24.23-29.23 / HR (negotiation expected)
