Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our production team in achieving daily goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This hands-on leader will oversee all aspects of production operations, drive continuous improvement, and support team development.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and motivate production staff to meet daily production targets.

Monitor performance, maintain discipline, and promote teamwork and safety.

Manage scheduling, attendance, and time-off approvals.

Review production reports and ensure alignment with customer and company standards.

Collaborate with departments including Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Shipping.

Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety (HACCP, GMP), and company policies.

Maintain accurate inventory and production records.

Oversee cleanliness and organization of production areas.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in food manufacturing.

5+ years of leadership / supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPs.

Experience with Tray Sealer, Thermoforming, or Flow Wrapping a plus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Must have RTE experience
