Work Schedule :

90% FTE 8 / 12-hour evening / night shift between the hours of 3 : 00 pm - 7 : 30 am with a two in six weekend rotation. Holiday rotation required. You will work at University Hospital in Madison WI.

Pay :

Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $4 / hour evening $5 / hour night and $4.25 / hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked.

We are seeking an experienced inpatient Care Team Leader(CTL) / Charge Nurse to join our remarkable team.

About the position :

• Lead on a fast -paced unit that specializes in the care of critically ill adult patients with a variety of neuro diagnoses including but not limited to : stroke subarachnoid hemorrhage surgical resections and trauma.
• Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
• Be a resource for and motivate a team of nurses where nurse-driven collaboration and partnership with nationally certified physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary care team is valued.
