At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll have the resources and support to advance clinically while providing exceptional care to your community.
Total Compensation
- Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + monthly incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment) - Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Clinic Overview
Our Walnut Creek clinic offers comprehensive outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on:

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic & musculoskeletal conditions
- Build individualized plans of care tailored to each patient
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
- Educate patients and families throughout the rehab process
- Document care thoroughly and accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive clinical team
- Maintain compliance with payer, federal, and state regulations
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or eligible California PT license
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and delivering high-quality care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
