Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive .NET Production Support Engineer to support monitor and maintain enterprise applications in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in applications handling production incidents and ensuring high system availability while working closely with development and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 / L3 production support -based applications
- Monitor application health performance and availability in production
- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Support deployment activities hotfixes and minor enhancements
- Work with development teams to debug application issues and code defects
- Handle incident problem and change management processes
- Create and maintain production support documentation and runbooks
- Participate in on-call support and after-hours support as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core C#Hands-on experience with Web APIs and IISGood knowledge of SQL Server (queries performance tuning debugging)Experience supporting applications in a production environmentFamiliarity with monitoring tools logging and alerting mechanismsUnderstanding of ITIL processes (Incident Problem Change Management)Ability to analyze logs debug issues and identify root causesStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications
