POSITION SUMMARY :
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and taking all (Registered Behavioral Technician and Direct Support Professional) candidates through the hiring process to onboarding.
Base salary of up to $60k a year plus bonus eligibility
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way : compassion, excellence and reliability
- Four (4) year college degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care and / or recruiting
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is preferred, but no required
- Ability to conduct interviews across diverse geographies, practices, and job families
- Ability to interpret and manage supply / demand of variable candidate flow
- Ability to interact with different levels of the organization
- High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- Trust, responsibility, action-oriented attitude, sense of urgency
- Strong time management skills and ability to recruit effectively for high-volume office environments
- Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA WayDevelop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies and proceduresResponsible for posting jobs in direct collaboration with service offices based on talent supply / demand needsPersonalize job posting approach on an as-needed basisMaintain relationships with assigned service offices as an embedded talent acquisition partner, providing outstanding customer service, strategizing based on supply and demand, and ensuring needs are filled timelyTrack metrics on the efficiency of the centralized recruiting pipeline, tracking time from application to conditional offerMake offer decisions on behalf of BAYADA and extend conditional offer letters to qualified candidatesMatch and connect candidates to the local officeMaintain 'top of the funnel' – lead and conduct outreach and sourcing; bring in new candidates to the funnelMaintain knowledge of employee benefits and pay rates and communicate information as necessary to field employeesLead sales and marketing efforts of the overall BAYADA brand; act as a sales function to improve candidate conversion ratesConduct interviews according to policy for candidates for Hawaii Behavioral Health and Habilitation clientsOversee the whole interview process for candidates, including movement through the pipelineDemonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions / attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office StaffPerform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisorBAYADA Offers :
