Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Facility Administrator at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) in Tucson AZ.

Position Requirements :

  • 5 years of experiencing managing more then 30 personnel conducting business operations project management and human resources
  • Must be Sigma Certified at or above the Green Belt Level and / or be Project Management Certified

    • Position Responsibilities :

  • Manage a team of more then 30 personnel.
  • Support curriculum implementation delivery of instruction progress monitoring and assessments.
  • Ensure customer compliance requirements are met.
  • Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee projects and initiatives that support the company and its employees.
