A company is looking for a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence according to customer requirements and best practices

Lead customer sessions to gather requirements and translate them into configuration

Support end-to-end testing and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

Hands-on Workday configuration experience in Time Tracking and Absence

Strong understanding of accruals, eligibility rules, and time calculation rules

Experience in supporting Workday deployments or enhancements

Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with minimal oversight

Experience with Launch / Launch Express methodology (preferred)
