Position Overview :
Were seeking a Licensed Insurance Producer who is bilingual (English / Spanish) and experienced in Property & Casualty (Life license is a plus). The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
Responsibilities :
- Quote and sell auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage renewals, endorsements, and follow-up communications
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain compliance with carrier and state requirements
