Your Role as a Speech Therapy Specialist

Your journey includes :

  • Assessing, evaluating, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation.
  • Identifying and addressing issues to adjust therapy as necessary.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
  • Celebrating the achievements of patients throughout their recovery process.

    • Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
  • Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.
