Client Delivery Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Client Delivery team and ensure timely, high-quality project execution for Government Reimbursement projects

Develop structured project plans, manage client engagement, and serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues

Lead and mentor team members while driving operational excellence and efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred

5+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, or client delivery leadership

Strong project management skills and knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement methodologies

Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
