Content Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Content Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of content distribution, including onboarding, quality checks, and retirement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal workflows and improve platform experience

Maintain documentation for Content Operations processes and provide expertise in content-related support matters

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in an administrative or customer support role

Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements

Familiarity with SaaS tools and proficiency in Excel; experience with Airtable and Jira is a plus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
