A company is looking for a Training Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Train-the-Trainer programs for management
Collaborate with internal partners to create and deliver course content
Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and implement training best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
5 or more years of experience in a training supervisory or corporate training role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software like Articulate
Strong organization and time-management skills
Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
