[job_card.job_description]Hourly Pay : $30.00 - $42.00 (based on years of experience) Shift Differentials : $3.00 for Weekends Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000 (paid in 6-month increments) Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case basis Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med / Surg patients Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and responses Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and post-discharge care Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact license (Florida license required within 90 days of hire) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred BLS from the American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire) 2-3 years of recent acute care or LTACH experience preferred Willing to train nurses with LTACH backgrounds Onsite interviews are required
