Physical Therapy Aide

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team in Portland. As a Physical Therapy Aide you will play a vital role in supporting licensed physical therapists while ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining an efficient therapy environment.

• Assist physical therapists during treatment sessions and therapeutic exercises
• Safely transport and transfer patients to and from treatment areas
• Prepare sanitize and maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic health records
• Monitor and maintain therapy supply inventory
• Perform administrative tasks including answering phones and managing documentation
• Support therapists in patient education and exercise demonstration
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care delivery
