About the Role

As a Senior Benefits and Compensation Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company's strategic goals. You will manage and optimize our benefits offeringsincluding health, retirement, wellness, and leave programswhile providing exceptional support and guidance to employees and leadership. Your expertise will help streamline processes, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. With a focus on data-driven insights and clear communication, you will play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and maintaining our reputation as an employer of choice. This is a hands-on, strategic role perfect for a detail-oriented professional passionate about creating programs that enhance employee well-being and drive business success.

Benefits Management

• Oversee and manage health, retirement, leave, wellness programs, and COBRA administration.
• Manage vendor relationships for benefits broker, medical, dental, and other vendors; resolve escalations and claims issues.
• Lead open enrollment processes, including system configuration, communication, and employee education.
• Manage Leaves of Absence, FMLA, Short Term Disability, and related employee counseling and documentation.
• Conduct annual 401(k) audit, coordinate with external vendors, and resolve issues.
• Administer COBRA open enrollment, subsidies, and notifications.
• Review and approve billing, invoicing, and automation projects with vendors.
