Boston University Sargent College of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences is one of the country's leading schools of health and rehabilitation sciences. As part of a small, dynamic clinical education team, the Clinical Sites Manager will provide administrative and operational support for clinical education experiences for over 1,200 students in Sargent's undergraduate and graduate programs each year. The Clinical Sites Manager will work to ensure high-quality clinical and experiential education to students, involving compliance, safety protocols, interprofessional training, evidence-based practice, clinical innovation, community engagement, and culturally responsive practice. Reporting to the Associate Director for Clinical Education Administration and working with internal and external stakeholders, the Clinical Sites Manager will help to determine clinical placement needs, and the necessary resources to fulfill them. They will help to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, work with university central offices to minimize risk, and support broader planning, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts. The successful candidate must be familiar with and abide by federal and state mandates and be eligible to attain certification as a Massachusetts CORI officer.

Required skills include :

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
