Warranty Processing Specialist

A company is looking for a Warranty Processing Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Review customer pay repair orders to ensure compliance with manufacturer and state requirements

Prepare and submit accurate filing packages for warranty labor rate and parts rate increase requests

Maintain organized records and communicate filing updates to dealership management

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation tools

Understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and detailed guidelines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
