Employment Counsel

A company is looking for an Employment & Corporate Governance Counsel.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide day-to-day counseling on employment matters and manage internal workplace investigations

Support corporate governance by maintaining records, drafting policies, and managing board materials

Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with external counsel on litigation matters

Qualifications / Skills :

6+ years of employment and corporate governance experience, preferably with law firm and in-house training

Strong understanding of multi-state employment law and HR compliance frameworks

Experience in high-growth organizations

High integrity and discretion with sensitive information

Excellent organizational and project-management abilities
