Key Responsibilities

Handle and service Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) claims efficiently

Maintain quality customer service and resolve claims issues promptly

Adjudicate 20-30 claims per day while managing high call volumes

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry

Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel
