Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound support tickets from all markets and stakeholders for digital channels
Act as the primary contact for Station Digital campaigns and provide QA and troubleshooting support
Assist in training and support for the 85 markets and contribute to strategic digital operations objectives
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital media
Prior experience with a ticketing system for managing support requests
Ability to self-manage tasks and deadlines independently
Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends in streaming audio and web technologies
