Data Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Data Analyst who will be supporting research and consumer data initiatives. The salary is between $50,000-$60,000 and the work authorization is not specified. This role is ideal for someone just out of college or someone with 1-2 years of experience in a corporate setting who thrives in cross-functional environments and is ready to grow. You'll play a key role in analyzing data and interpreting the data to teams across the organization.

This is a high-growth opportunity, the right candidate will eventually take on more responsibilities as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

Use tools like Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI to manage timelines and deliverables tied to consumer data initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting :

Analyze performance, productivity, and profitability data using Excel (pivot tables), sql and Power BI.

Maintain dashboards and reports, slicing data by time, geography, and category to uncover trends and insights.

Skills and Requirements

Degree in Data analytics or equivalent

Experience with SQL

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and willing to learn Power BI (report maintenance).

Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
