Relient Health is offering a unique opportunity for a caring and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time , permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.

Requirements

  • State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Professional or Student Physical Therapist experience

Qualifications

  • Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT)
  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) (or foreign equivalent)
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

    • Responsibilities

  • Screening patients
  • Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
  • Documenting progress toward identified objectives
  • Overseeing Physical Therapist Assistant(s)
  • Developing and implementing new programs / techniques to enhance physical therapy services
  • Conducting patient and family education
  • Delivering quality physical therapy services
  • Putting patient service first
  • Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
  • We will only consider new grads with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)

    Pay Range : $46-49 / hour
