Now Hiring : Dental Associate (1099 Independent Contractor)

Our client is seeking a social, upbeat, and professional Dental Associate to join their dynamic, fast-paced, family-focused practice. If you thrive in a team-oriented environment, enjoy connecting with patients, and want an opportunity that supports growth and autonomy — this 1099 role is a fantastic fit.

What You'll Do :

  • Deliver high-quality care across restorative, endo (including molars), extractions, prosthodontics, pediatrics, and perio
  • Create individualized treatment plans with a focus on long-term patient outcomes
  • Build strong relationships through excellent communication and compassionate care
  • Maintain accurate records, follow sterilization protocols, and keep an efficient, organized operatory
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and support staff for seamless patient care

What We're Looking For :

  • DDS / DMD + active state license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
  • Adaptable, coachable, and proactive with new technology and workflows
  • Strong integrity, teamwork mentality, and long-term commitment to the practice and community

    • This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity for a motivated dentist who wants flexibility, high earning potential, and a vibrant environment where being "all in" truly matters.
