The Architectural Professional is creative and detail-oriented, while working on multiple projects at a time in collaboration with project teams without compromising the standard of their work. This individual works towards producing comprehensive design and construction documents that communicate specific and precise building designs to the project team. This position positively impacts the collective team, by being an integral component in creating a long lasting beautiful project.

FOCUS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzes building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical data, to determine their

effects on architectural design.

Engineer, MEP Engineer and Interior Designer.

The use of persuasive communication skills to gain the interest and involvement of others in the design process is an important aspect of the job. A sense of urgency is needed, to adhere to project schedules. Communication and creativity are strong aspects of this position, and inform the project’s collaboration process and final project design. The individual filling this role is essential to project team and production of the project documents; therefore, a strong ability to communicate and work well with others is vital to achieve success. An open approach to learning and implementing design standards and building code requirements is a strong aspect of this position.
