Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a First-Shift Facility Technician for our Lowell, MA team. In this role, you will be working on a team to help prepare hazardous waste to safely the facility.

This position reports to the onsite Manager and is based in Lowell, MA. The hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 5AM-1PM with routine overtime.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

• Waste and document preparation; regulatory and safety review
• Load & unload incoming & outgoing trucks
• Waste inventory management through the use of Triumvirate designed software and computerized waste tracking system
• Learn and retain a basic knowledge of daily work practices
• Become familiar with packaging guidelines and disposal facility selection
• Develop an understanding of OSHA regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices, Triumvirate’s Part B permit, and EPA regulations
• Communicate effectively with end facilities as well as fellow employees to solve complex issues
• Demonstrate supervisory leadership abilities through interaction with coworkers
• Develop respect and working relationship with coworkers
• WOW! internal and external customers!
• Ability to work as a team player

Qualifications:

• 1+ years working in a warehouse environment
• High School Degree or equivalent
• Successful completion of a physical examination and drug screening is required prior to employment
• Valid driver’s license

• This is a Safety Sensitive Position

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of hazardous waste industry experience
• Forklift experience
• CDL preferred but not required
