This is a full-time 5 day / 40-45 hours a week position. Weekend and evening availability is a must. Generally hours will remain between 38-45 hours a week, this would be an hourly position, overtime compensation will be provided. Hours can increase or decrease slightly dependent on seasonal needs.

This role will assist in day to day operations, opening or closing of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, and quality control. This will be a role for front of house, assistance on expo may be needed occasionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Previous management experience preferred
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Flexibility with different roles in a high paced restaurant environment
• Extreme confidence in conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lead by example
• Event planning, or catering experience is favored!
