Development Finance Manager

The Development Finance Manager supports restaurant development by providing actionable financial analysis using strong business acumen and communication skills. This role collaborates with functional leaders to drive performance improvements and ensure financial success. The position provides regular updates to senior leadership on key business opportunities and performs ad hoc analyses relevant to broader company operations.

Your Impact and Responsibilities :

• Work closely with Real Estate Design Construction and Facilities to identify financial opportunities and challenges
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations based on findings
• Monitor development cost and schedule trends across restaurants
• Generate financial and functional reporting and analysis packages on a regular cadence
• Deliver commentary on financial results key trends and forecasts including :

Monthly and quarterly departmental reviews and reports
