Novant Health Advanced Heart Care - Heart Failure Team is looking for a dedicated Heart Failure APP in the inpatient setting to improve care, patient outcomes, and hospital efficiency as part of a growing Heart Failure program. This role will be central to the multidisciplinary team and serve as a clinical leader in the acute management of patients hospitalized with heart failure.

Our specialists are committed to working with you and the rest of your care team to create a personalized treatment plan that is designed with you in mind. Our expert clinicians provide the latest treatments or management of medical oncology conditions as well as hematologic conditions.

What You'll Do

It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

What We're Looking For

Education : Master's Degree Required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.

Experience : One to three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.

Licensure / Certification / Registration : Current PA license in appropriate state Required. NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry Required. ACLS (if infusion center or cardiac specialty) Required.

Additional Skills Required : Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
