The Opportunity

Seeking a pathway into management and business leadership? We're seeking a Business Development Trainee who’s ready to immerse themselves in our direct marketing strategies for our elite partner, AT&T. As the Business Development Trainee, you’ll be cross-trained in every aspect of the business from direct sales to team leadership. This role requires somebody who’s ready to put in the work and earn your way to the top.

Business Development Trainee To-Do List :

• Master face-to-face sales by promoting and selling AT&T wireless products to residential customers.
• Execute proven marketing and sales campaigns to drive new customer acquisition.
• Maintain impeccable standards while representing AT&T.
• Shadow and assist senior management in territory planning and campaign logistics.
• Learn and implement effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Participate in training new Sales Associates and contribute to a high-performing culture.
• Track individual performance metrics and help analyze campaign results.
