Thinfilm Process Engineering Technician

Function / Duties :

Disposition Thinfilm area hold lots. Work closely with Manufacturing, R&M, and process engineering personnel to quickly resolve problems and minimize potential jeopardy. Run engineering tests. Collect and analyze measurement data. Write and maintain measurement tool job files. Qualify as an operator to be able to assist manufacturing when required.

Responsibilities :

• Interface and work with Manufacturing, R&M and Engineering staff on process and production issues.
• Disposition lots that are placed on hold.
• Learn area critical process requirements.
• Set up and run engineering tests and analyze data.
• Maintain tool recipes.
• Fan-out best practices to foremen, operators, and R&M technicians.
• Run WBG material and assist manufacturing as needed.

Current Skills / Competencies :

Minimum Requirements :

Education / Skills Background : Two years of college level courses preferred or a minimum of 2-3 years of fab experience with some troubleshooting and dispositioning experience.
