Overview :

TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Content Management Systems to join our clients growing technology organization. This role is pivotal in driving the efficiency security and effectiveness of the firms document management and content collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure these platforms not only support business objectives and compliance requirements but also enhance user experience and productivity across the enterprise.

What Youll Do :

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Content Management Systems you will :

• Oversee the administration configuration and optimization of enterprise content platforms for secure and efficient document management.
• Enforce document lifecycle management access controls and data security in alignment with Information Governance policies.
• Train and support users on content management best practices and platform utilization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between platform vendors and internal business stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging ECM technologies providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Lead and manage the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team ensuring high performance responsiveness and effective delivery.
• Provide technical and developer support for core ECM systems including iManage DMS MS Teams Workspaces MS SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
• Support complex SharePoint development requirements and enhancements as needed

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $150000-$220000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance 401(k) and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
