Key Responsibilities

Manage construction budgets and ensure compliance with contract documents

Evaluate contractor requests and monitor buyout savings

Conduct meetings with project teams to review pay applications and change order status

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, financing, or accounting, or relevant professional experience

Advanced knowledge of construction contract documents and change management

Proficiency in financial and project management software

Seven or more years of experience in construction or project management

Ability to lead and mentor others
