What You'll Do :

• Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage schedules, supply inventory, and ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks.
