Salary : $155k - $175k annually plus bonus potential

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead with over 12 years of expertise in Field Service Management tools and a strong background in the utilities and energy industries. The successful candidate will spearhead our delivery practice oversee the implementation of FSM solutions and build a high-performing team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Execution :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of OverITs FSM solutions from initial scoping to post-go-live support.
• Define project objectives scope and success criteria in alignment with client business goals.
• Oversee configuration customization integration and deployment of FSM solutions ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans work breakdown structures and milestone tracking to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Regularly report project status to stakeholders highlighting key achievements challenges risks and mitigation strategies.

The salary range for this position is provided in good faith and is subject to variation based on geographic location candidate experience and market conditions. Final compensation will be determined after a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates qualifications and alignment with the role.
