Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Wisconsin
Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care rehab or SNF preferred

Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Wisconsin
Leadership or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting (1 years preferred)
Excellent communication organization and mentoring skills
A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
