About the Role :
Bayou Crafting Company is looking for a friendly, organized, and highly motivated individual to join our team part-time. This position focuses on managing custom orders, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting our creative team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take and process custom orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone, email, and messenger platforms.
- Ensure each customer receives an exceptional experience from inquiry to final product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, artwork files, and communications.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
- Assist with general shop organization and daily operations as needed.
Qualifications :
Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.A customer-first attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Fabrica, and email platforms.Previous customer service or order management experience is a plus.Preferred Traits :
