Role : Siebel- Oracle Applications Functional Architect Client : - Ernst and Young Location : Miami, FL Onsite every other week at client location Miami FL (no re-imbursement provided by client) Contract description We are seeking a Siebel Applications Lead with deep expertise in Siebel modules (CRS, CIB, CVP, IDS) to support a complex, multi-year transformation program. RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead the integration of Siebel CRM and Loyalty systems with a new reservation platform Collaborate with client stakeholders onsite in Miami to drive delivery and resolve issues Oversee Siebel application modules including CRS, CIB, CVP, and IDS Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technical workstreams Provide strategic input and hands-on support throughout the transformation lifecycle Qualifications Proven expertise in Siebel CRM, including hands-on experience with CRS, CIB, CVP, IDS modules Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex delivery environments Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate across teams Prior experience in cruise or hospitality industry strongly preferred Willingness to work onsite in Miami or reside nearby for frequent client engagement
