What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.

Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist in controlling access to designated areas and verifying identification as required by site protocols.

Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities and follow established procedures for incident management.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
